Entry permit
Entry of motor vehicles to Svatá Hora is only allowed to holders of special permits and handicapped persons with vehicle identification.
The area of Svatá Hora is not only the spiritual centre of the Příbram region, but also a National Cultural Monument and a place of spiritual silence. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we are trying to restrict the entry of motor vehicles not because we do not wish your presence, but precisely so that as Christians we can set an example to the rest of the population by our responsibility to the environment, to sacred places and to cultural monuments.
Holy Mountain does not yet have any official parking lot and the places where cars park are only the edges of the paths and roads that are part of the protection zone of the National Monument. Therefore, the permit to enter is not also a parking permit.
We therefore urge: all those who have the possibility to climb the slight uphill from the lower car park (350 m to the Basilica) to the Holy Mountain, please do so and save our environment.
Others who need a permit to enter, please apply for one in the form below.
Permit Type:
SINGLE PERMIT - Primarily for those who are disabled and would not be able to make the climb to the Holy Mountain, whether for a service, tour, or other event held on the Holy Mountain
WORSHIP - for those who regularly go to the Holy Mountain for services and find it physically or financially prohibitive to park under the Holy Mountain (the lower parking lot is paid).
BAPTISM/WEDDING - For those who have an arranged ceremony (especially a baptism, wedding, etc.) on the Holy Mountain, in a limited number determined in advance by the spiritual administration.
ACCOMMODATION - for those who are permanently or temporarily accommodated in the monastery, the Little House or the Exercises House, the date of accommodation must be indicated in the notes. Persons staying in other than a parish facility should complete the application COMMERCIAL.

WORK ON THE PREMISES - For companies coming to perform pre-arranged work or service for the parish, the notes should indicate what the work or service is.

After completing the permit application, please wait for a reply, which also describes the procedure, place and time where you can collect the permit. Once you have received it, always keep it in a visible place behind the windscreen of your vehicle.
For first-time or single entry, present the confirmation email at any roadside check and place it in your car immediately after receiving the permit.
