Announcements from Sunday, August 16, with important information for the coming week:

From the Life of Svatá Hora:

1. This Sunday and next Sunday, the half-hour organ recital will take place again at 2:00 p.m.

2. On Sunday, September 6, preparation for Confirmation will begin at 3:00 p.m. It will take place once a month, and Confirmation will be held in May of next year, 2027. The exact date is yet to be determined. Those interested should please sign up in the sacristy or with Fr. Vít.

3. On Friday, September 4, at 7:00 p.m., there will be a prayer meeting for young people ages 14–26 called VIGIL. I warmly invite all young people from the surrounding area. Anyone who wishes may stay overnight until Saturday morning and have breakfast. Please bring a sleeping pad and sleeping bag. There will be a fee of 200 CZK for lodging and breakfast. More information is available on the poster on the bulletin board, as well as on Facebook and the parish website.

4. Dear brothers and sisters. We are currently preparing a new Sv. Hora newsletter—an informational bulletin about events at Sv. Hora that have already taken place or are in the works, as well as general updates on activities and plans throughout our pilgrimage site. We will primarily send it electronically, but it will also be available here at Sv. Hora in print. If you would like to receive this information electronically, please fill out the form on the Sv. Hora website.

5. Every Saturday, as part of the veneration of the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, prayers submitted via the website will be read aloud.
