Regular Masses
The Holy Mass is a liturgical service during which Catholic Christians commemorate Jesus’ Last Supper with his disciples. They believe that during Mass they can truly encounter Jesus—when passages from the Bible are read, when they pray, and especially when the bread is broken and shared, which they believe becomes a sign of Jesus’ presence during the Mass. You are welcome to attend Mass even if you are not baptized.
Masses are held in the basilica at the following times; you can also join via the online livestream (here).
If you are interested in arranging a Mass outside of the regular service schedule, please email sakristie@farnost-svatahora.cz.
