Baptism of adults
How to proceed if an adult wants to be baptized?
We would be happy if you would not be afraid to approach us (perhaps after one of the services in the Basilica of the Holy Mountain or by email at basilica@farnost-svatahora.cz).
The initial personal interview will be followed by preparation for baptism, which takes approximately one year, beginning always after Easter, so that adult baptism can take place as it has been since the beginning of Christianity: on the night of Saturday to Easter Sunday.
